Peer Support Specialist/Case Manager

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Have a Valid Medicaid Billing number, NPI, and Peer Support Specialist certification
• Proficient use of electronic medical records
• Ability to travel to and from work and other locations
• Ability to operate a motor vehicle for large parts of the work day
• Valid operator's license with no serious convictions within the last 5 years (OVI- Driving Under Suspension)
• Self-motivated
