Field Sales Director

Location: Remote (US)

Pay: $190,000–$220,000 base + variable + equity

A late-stage, well-funded biotech preparing a rare disease launch is hiring field sales leaders. You'll own a territory, built around where you live, and the physician relationships in it, inside a small, high-performance commercial team.

What you'll do

• Own a territory and its physician list
• Build trust with physicians and clinics
• Drive prescriptions that patients actually fill
• Work with patient services to clear access issues
• Hit clear daily metrics against ambitious goals

What you bring

• Commercial, physician-facing experience
• Proven results ranked against peers
• Scientific fluency: a science or medical degree, or a pharma or health tech role
• Extensive travel within your territory

Nice to have: rare disease launch experience; MD, RN or NP; startup health tech sales
